Overview
A conversion is a technical project on paper. In practice, it succeeds or fails on people: whether the finance team trusts the new system, whether budget owners understand their new codes, and whether leadership gets the reports they were promised.
I’ve led these conversions as the finance executive accountable for the outcome, not as an outside vendor. I speak accountant, IT and layperson fluently, so I can work between your team, your software partner and your leadership and keep everyone moving toward the same result.
My specialty is nonprofit and fund accounting, with deep experience in MIP Fund Accounting and Sage Intacct. For-profit organizations are welcome too.
